Terms of Service
Last updated October 10, 2026
These terms cover your use of weatherdrops (the "app"). By using it, you agree to them. Contact: hello@thesourcecodegirl.com.
Using the app
weatherdrops shows weather forecasts, weather alerts, and advice for your personal use. You may use it on any Apple device you own or control, as allowed by Apple's App Store terms.
Weather information
Forecasts come from Apple Weather, and alerts come from government weather services through Apple. Weather is hard to predict, and forecasts, amounts, times, and alerts can be wrong, late, or missing.
The app's advice, like when to bring an umbrella or whether roads may be icy, is worked out from the forecast and is only a guide.
- Don't rely on the app for your safety. In severe weather, follow official warnings and local authorities.
- Weather alerts in the app may not include every alert for your area. Your phone's emergency alerts and local news are the official sources.
- Use your own judgment when driving, traveling, or planning time outside.
Purchases
If the app offers a subscription or other in-app purchases, Apple processes them under Apple's terms. A subscription renews until you cancel it in your Apple account settings. Free trials end when stated, and the subscription starts unless you cancel before then. Purchases unlock features in the app, have no cash value, and refunds are handled by Apple.
The app as it is
The app is provided as is, without warranties. Features and data sources may change over time. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any damages from using the app or from relying on its weather information.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we make a significant change, the app will ask you to agree again.
